Contract manufacturing is only as good as the controls behind it. This is a short walk through how a batch moves through the GMP-aligned facilities we partner with, from the moment raw material arrives to the finished goods that ship to your port.
Incoming material control
Every raw material is identity-tested and checked against its specification before it enters production. Certificates of Analysis are verified, and suspicious lots are quarantined. Nothing starts a line without release.
In-process checks
During tableting, softgel, and gummy production we run in-process controls for weight, appearance, and blend uniformity. Deviations trigger documented corrective action rather than silent passes.
Final quality testing
Finished goods are tested for identity, assay, heavy metals, microbial limits, and, where applicable, disintegration or dissolution. Only released batches are packed and shipped.
Documentation you can export with
Each shipment is supported by batch records, CoA, and the certificates your market requires (GMP, ISO 9001, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, FDA registration as applicable). Good documentation is part of the product, not an afterthought.
